The Institutional Research & Effectiveness Department supports the mission and goals of the college by providing accurate, timely, and meaningful data to inform planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement. Through data analysis, reporting, and assessment support, the office helps ensure institutional effectiveness and accountability. We collaborate with departments across campus to promote a culture of evidence-based practice and to meet internal and external reporting requirements.

Functions

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to support decision-making.
• Provides data and insights for strategic planning and goal tracking.
• Coordinates assessment of student learning and institutional outcomes.
• Supports accreditation efforts with required data and documentation.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body reporting.
• Designs and administers surveys to gather stakeholder feedback.
• Develops dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Promotes data literacy and evidence-based practices across the institution.
