Barbara-Ann Mitchell Named Employee of the Month
Barbara-Ann (BA) Mitchell, director of enrollment management systems, is the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for July.
In just a little more than a year, Mitchell has made significant contributions to TC3. She is the college’s Slate Captain, managing and optimizing the system to improve student communications and streamlining various processes related to efficiency in the enrollment services. She has a very approachable personality and friendly spirit, and her systems-thinking approach makes her a true asset when collaborating with colleagues on campus.
The Employee of the Month program recognizes individuals who exemplify the values and mission of the College with their outstanding service and attitude. Nominations for the award are accepted from students, staff, or members of the community.
As the Employee of the Month, Mitchell receives a gift certificate to a local business, a TC3 Employee of the Month tumbler, and exclusive use of the Employee of the Month parking spot.
