Mellora Paucke Named Employee of the Month
Mellora Paucke, campus technology support services coordinator, is the ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for August.
Paucke was described as the very embodiment of the award’s criteria - consistently demonstrating dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work. She was lauded for her willingness to respond to whatever the College needed, even beyond her role in campus technology, including assisting in the copy center and serving as interim assistant to the president. As one nominators put it, her quiet and reliable support of the College over the years has made her impact both broad and deep.
The Employee of the Month program recognizes individuals who exemplify the values and mission of the College with their outstanding service and attitude. Nominations for the award are accepted from students, staff, or members of the community.
As the Employee of the Month, Paucke receives a gift certificate to a local business, a TC3 Employee of the Month tumbler, and exclusive use of the Employee of the Month parking spot.
